JOB DESCRIPTION

Disclosure: The bulk of the tasks in the beginning will be designing Pins from templates that I’ve already created, so if you’re not into design then this might not be the best fit :)

MY IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has experience with Pinterest & Tailwind & loves working with these platforms

  • Loves to do basic design, has experience with Canva & an eye for design (no hardcore design skills needed)

  • Is obsessed with systems & processes

  • Is reliable & looking for a long-term commitment in a growing business

  • Is familiar with email marketing/Convertkit/Mailchimp

  • Works efficiently & is super responsive, attentive & detail-oriented

  • Goes to every possible resource available to them before asking for help, but isn’t afraid to ask for help when needed

  • Loves to write

  • Bonus: you love The Office ;)

IMMEDIATE WEEKLY TASKS:

  • Applying to Group Boards on Pinterest

  • Designing of Pins using Canva

  • Creation of monthly reports for clients (monthly)

  • Assistance with small Pinterest management tasks

  • Help with new client profile setups

  • Biweekly meetings with me (if needed)

  • Small tasks here & there


TASKS IN THE LONG RUN:

  • Assistance with Pinterest management

    • Writing descriptions

    • Managing client accounts independently

  • Invoicing/Dubsado management

  • Formatting & scheduling blogs in Squarespace & newsletters in Mailchimp/ConvertKit

  • Content creation

  • Posting/scheduling Instagram posts

HOURS PER WEEK:

2-3 hours

TOOLS WE’LL USE:

Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Google Docs,  Zoom, Canva, Tailwind, Airtable

Eventually: Squarespace, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Dubsado

*If you’re not super experienced with these tools, don’t worry but it’ll definitely be a plus if you are!

SPECIAL NOTES:

I’d prefer someone with a flexible schedule as I will be in Asia at the end of 2019! You can work on your own schedule as long as deadlines are met, but I’d like to have a few calls per month to check in.
